Purnia, April 11 (H.C.) A Jamghat was organized again today at Rajendra Bal Udyan on the occasion of Sarhul Baha Puja, the main and great festival of the tribals which is celebrated with great pomp every year. Thousands of people died. Sarhul Baha Puja, a festival celebrated for happiness and prosperity, was celebrated in the premises of the local Rajendra Bal Udyan and Purnia Tribal Development Council office. This event is organized every time under the aegis of Purnia Tribal Development Council and this time too this festival was celebrated with great pomp.
In this puja, tribal dance troupes from different villages participated in the puja with traditional musical instruments. After worshiping the natural power Sarna Chala Ayo, dance was performed along with drums and drums.
Let us tell you that on the occasion of Sarhul Puja, there is a crowd like a fair here. Many people come here to see this program. Tribal Development Council President Vijay Oraon said that nature is worshiped on this occasion. It is prayed to the natural power Chala Ayo that just as nature removes old leaves and fills them with new life, enthusiasm, excitement, happiness and progress. Similarly, let nature fill the lives of human beings with this happiness.
He said that our society tries to celebrate this puja in the best possible manner. We all feel more happy when many people from other societies come to see it. After the end of the puja, Khichdi Prasad is distributed which is consumed by all men, women and children. To make this puja and fair successful, the puja committee president, vice president, treasurer, organization minister, and hundreds of people from the tribal community were present.
On this special occasion, for almost 8 years, arrangements have been made by Shri Ram Seva Sangh Parivar to provide water to thousands of people, in which 30 to 40 workers work hard continuously to provide water to everyone. People of the tribal community expressed their gratitude to Shri Ram Seva Sangh and said that it is a matter of honor for our society that all these people do the work of providing water on this occasion.
