Using a pressure horn is even more dangerous. Similarly, misuse of loudspeakers is also common. It is considered a matter of pride for them to spread noise pollution. The use of loudspeakers in India is governed by local noise pollution control laws and guidelines. Loudspeakers are widely used during various festivals, rallies and cultural events, which sometimes gives rise to noise pollution concerns and controversies.

Therefore, it is important to be aware of local regulations and obtain the necessary permits when using loudspeakers for events. The Supreme Court has not completely banned the use of loudspeakers in religious events. However, the court issued guidelines to regulate the use of loudspeakers during religious festivals and celebrations to reduce noise pollution and maintain public order. Reducing noise pollution in all circumstances is extremely important for the well-being of individuals and ecosystems.
