HPCL ties up with NLDS for integration of API with ULIP

New Delhi, 16 December (HS). Public sector company Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has signed an agreement with NICDC Logistics Data Services Limited (NLDS) to integrate its API with the Unified Logistics Interface Platform (ULIP). This partnership is an important step towards increasing transparency, operational efficiency and innovation in the logistics sector of the country.

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry said in a statement issued on Monday that the agreement was signed in the presence of NICDC Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director (MD) and NLDS Chairman Rajat Kumar Saini and HPCL Northern Region Chief General Manager Avinash Jain. Signed between Girish Kumar Supur, CEO of NLDS and Anju Jai Mishra, General Manager, Delhi Retail Sector of HPCL.

The Unified Logistics Interface Platform is a digital gateway that allows enterprises to access logistics-related datasets from various government systems through API-based integration. The platform is currently integrated with 41 systems across 11 ministries through 125 APIs, covering over 1800 data fields. The participation of private sector and government departments in ULIP has been helpful in increasing its impact.

It is noteworthy that more than 1200 institutions are registered on ULIP portal www.goulip.in. Additionally, these companies have developed more than 150 applications, resulting in more than 700 million API transactions.
