- 1 cup macaroni
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 2 onions

- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli

- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
How to make Masala Macaroni
- To make masala macaroni, first boil the macaroni in boiling water by adding one spoon of oil and salt for 7 to 8 minutes.
- After this, put the macaroni in a sieve and pour cold water over it and keep it aside. This will prevent the macaroni from sticking.
- – Now put oil in a pan and finely chop onion, corn, carrot, and capsicum and fry on high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
- – After this, add some butter in the same pan and add garlic, chopped onion and fry for 2-3 minutes. – After this, add tomato puree, chili flakes, mixed herbs, Kashmiri chili and salt in the pan and stir for some time.
- – Now add macaroni, fried vegetables and some boiled macaroni water in the pan and mix everything well.
- Now finally add tomato ketchup to the macaroni and mix everything again. Your Desi Tadka Macaroni is ready. Serve hot.
