How to eat rice to lose weight?
1). Eat brown rice
Dietitian Shivali says that people should consume brown rice instead of white rice. Brown rice contains more fiber than white rice, which slows down the digestion process. Due to which a person does not feel hungry for a long time. Apart from this, it also helps in controlling blood sugar level. Eating brown rice helps in weight loss. Because it contains fiber and other nutrients that help in increasing metabolism. Rice is a good source of carbohydrates which provide energy to the body.

2). Eat the right amount of rice
Because rice is easy to cook and takes less time, many people start consuming rice in their daily diet, which can lead to weight gain. Consuming rice in proper quantity is important for weight loss. Eating too much rice can lead to weight gain. Generally, one cup of cooked rice is enough for an adult.

3). Eat rice with vegetables
When you eat vegetables with rice, the body gets more fiber. Eating rice with vegetables keeps your stomach full and prevents you from unnecessary snacking, which helps in weight loss. Apart from this, vegetables also contain vitamins and minerals which are beneficial for health.

4). Eat protein-rich foods with rice
Include protein-rich foods like lentils, paneer, tofu, eggs or chicken with rice. Actually, protein is very important for our body, it helps in maintaining muscles.

5). Eat boiled rice
The best way to eat rice is by boiling it. Because boiled rice does not contain oil or ghee, it is low in calories. Boiled rice is light and easily digestible, which improves digestion and provides relief from problems like constipation. Consuming rice during the day is more beneficial. Avoid rice in dinner.
