How much heat can our body tolerate? Learn from experts

It is so hot right now that this is the only thing on everyone's lips. Most of the states in North India are facing heat wave. The heat in Delhi has broken the record of 12 years. It has become like walking on the road and burning in a furnace. The number of heat stroke patients is increasing day by day. There is no relief from the heat even at night. The minimum temperature is also moving towards the maximum. Amidst all this, there is also a question that how much heat can our body bear? Let's know the answer to this from a health expert. Dr. Ankit Tuteja, Internal Medicine Consultant, Aakash Healthcare, New Delhi, gives information on this.

How much heat can our body bear?
Experts say that a person's ability to tolerate heat depends entirely on his immune system. Experts say that the normal temperature of the human body is 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit, which is equal to the outside temperature of 37 degrees Celsius. The human body tolerates a temperature of 35 to 37 degrees without any trouble. When the temperature starts crossing 40 degrees, problems start occurring. People with a strong immune system can tolerate the heat. Looking at the current situation, experts say that the immune system of those who are enduring a temperature of 44-45 degrees Celsius will remain healthy.

A maximum temperature of 50 degrees becomes difficult for humans to bear and this temperature can pose a threat to life. Experts say that if a person continuously stays at 42 degrees Celsius, his metabolism starts deteriorating and problems like multi-organ failure can occur and even death can occur.
