'How many more families will be lost before the government wakes up', Rahul angry at the central government over the train accident.

Tamil Nadu Train Accident: Bagmati Express (12578) from Mysore to Darbhanga collided with a goods train near Kavarapettai station in Tamil Nadu on Friday. Many people have been injured in this accident. Political uproar has started over the train accident. Leader of opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi targeted the Centre. He said that 'despite hundreds of people losing their lives in many tragedies, no lesson was learned. Its responsibility starts from the top level.

In Tamil Nadu on Friday, an express train going at a speed of 75 kilometers per hour collided with the loop line instead of the main line. Many passengers were injured in the accident and a coach caught fire.

What did the Congress leader say?

Rahul Gandhi said on social media, 'The Mysore-Darbhanga train accident mirrors the tragedy of Balasore in Odisha, where a passenger train collided with a standing goods train. After many tragedies with many lives lost, no lessons could be learned. Top people should take responsibility for this. How many more families will be ruined before this government wakes up?

Priyanka Gandhi was angry

Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra also criticized the Center on the train accident. He said on WhatsApp channel, 'Train accidents have become so common in the country that despite accidents happening one after the other, no responsibility is being assigned by the government nor any action is being taken.'

Crores of common people of the country are forced to risk their lives and travel in trains running on wheels under the shadow of fear and chaos, because the government has turned its back on the responsibility of safe rail travel. Balasore-like accident has once again happened with Mysore-Darbhanga Express in Tamil Nadu. When will such tragedies stop? When will liability be determined?

Explained the reason behind the accident

DMK leader TKS Elangovan said, 'Many train accidents are happening these days. In the early 60s, when an accident occurred at Ariyalur, the Railway Minister resigned. At that time they saw railway accidents in the same way but today railway accidents have become very common and no one cares about taking proper steps for the maintenance of railway lines. In one incident, reports said that people working in Southern Railways or Chennai had no knowledge of Tamil and hence communication broke down. He was a North Indian, so could not understand the commands given in Tamil and hence the train accident happened. We should find out why this happened'
