When we talked to fitness expert Mukul Nagpal about this, he told that according to WHO, children and youth aged 5 to 17 years. They should do at least 60 minutes of moderate or vigorous physical activity every day.
Next, people ages 18 to 64 can do at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity, aerobic physical activity a week or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity activity a week, or a combination of both. Muscle strengthening activities should be done two days a week.
People who are 65 years of age or older. It is important for them to follow exercise routine also. Attention should be paid to balance and fall prevention exercises. So that their mobility increases.
Experts say that every person should decide the type and time of exercise according to his medical condition and fitness after consulting a doctor. Also, exercise should be done as per the advice of fitness experts and under their supervision.
