It is best to start with 20 minutes in the beginning and gradually increase it to 30 minutes.

Morning walk alone is not enough –
Dr Anil Jain also advises not to make morning walks your only fitness routine. Include high-intensity workouts at least 2-3 times a week. This will strengthen your muscles and strengthen your bones.
