New Delhi: Indian team's star all-rounder Hardik Pandya is celebrating his birthday today. Fans are wishing Hardik a happy birthday through social media. Because of the way Hardik has contributed to the Indian team, he also gets the love of the people.

Although recently Hardik had to become a victim of trolls because of his personal life, but despite all this he did not lose courage and is still active on the field. There is a lot of discussion about his fitness because Hardik has a long history with injuries.

He had to sit out most of the matches in the ODI World Cup 2023 due to an ankle injury. The doctor advised him to take rest for 25 days but he tried to make a comeback in five days. This increased his injury. After this, Hardik remained away from the cricket field for some time and returned fully fit as the captain of Mumbai Indians in IPL 2024.

Hardik can be seen sweating in the gym for fitness. He often shares his pictures on his Instagram account. Along with workouts, Hardik is also very active regarding his diet. He usually prefers to eat home-cooked food rather than eating out. Therefore they consume lean proteins, carbohydrates, healthy fats along with vegetables and fruits in their diet. He eats boiled eggs, chicken, boiled vegetables, curd, rice, ladyfinger etc. Hardik drinks coconut water in the morning.

He does workouts and exercises to keep himself fit. That's why he does weight lifting, running and cardio. He likes to do deadlifts, pushups and pullups. To maintain muscles, Hardik also does weight training along with double exercises.
