Permission sought to question Kejriwal

CBI said we have evidence
The CBI has told the court that they have enough evidence to arrest Kejriwal. According to the CBI, on March 16, 2021, a liquor businessman was contacted, whom Kejriwal wanted to meet on the liquor policy. K Kavitha and Maguntha Reddy met on March 20. It further said that Aam Aadmi Party's communication in-charge Vijay Nair was asked to coordinate the meeting.

100 crore cash was given- CBI

LG Office's suggestions were ignored
Abhishek Boinpalli sent the report to Manish Sisodia through Vijay Nair. Sisodia's secretary C Arvind typed the report and it was submitted to his camp office (CM). When this report went to the LG office, it was considered and 7 questions were raised but never discussed. The only suggestion from the Lt Governor's office was that it should be sent through a group of ministers and no consideration was given to it.
