There was a lot of enthusiasm among the general public regarding the e-auction started after a long time. Residential and commercial properties worth approximately Rs 142.54 crore were disposed of in the premium property auction held from October 3 to October 5, 2024. This includes small and big commercial and residential plots and constructed houses in Jaipur, Bhiwadi, Phalodi, Bikaner, Alwar, Jodhpur.

The Housing Board will earn a revenue of approximately Rs 142.54 crore from the disposal of a total of 54 properties under e-auction in the Premium Property Auction. Under which the housing board will earn an income of Rs 90 crore 69 lakh 59 thousand from Jaipur, Rs 23 crore 63 lakh 46 thousand from Jodhpur, Rs 27 crore 31 lakh 48 thousand in Alwar and Bhiwadi, Rs 14 lakh 93 thousand in Bikaner and Rs 64 lakh 38 thousand in Churu. .

Housing Commissioner Dr. Rashmi Sharma said that the trust of the general public towards the Rajasthan Housing Board has also been seen in the premium property auction. The Board ensured wide publicity of this auction which is being held after a long time, as a result of which a large number of people came Participated in the auction. The premium property auction will now take place from 7 to 9, 14 to 16 and 21 to 23 October.
