Hisar: Two arrested in case of theft of jewellery, cash and laptop from Adarsh ​​Colony of Cantt

Hisar, 24 February (Hissar). Taking action in the case of theft of jewellery, cash and laptop from Adarsh ​​Colony located in Cantt, the CIA team on Saturday arrested two accused. These include Anil alias Bihari and Arun alias Kaku, residents of New Model Town.

Investigating officer ASI Mangeram said on Saturday that the accused had stolen gold and silver jewellery, cash and laptop from a house in Adarsh ​​Colony during the day three days ago on February 21. Regarding this, Madhubala, a resident of Adarsh ​​Colony, had given a complaint in Sadar police station about the theft of gold and silver jewellery, cash and two laptops from her house. In the complaint she told that she is a working woman. Last February 21, she had gone for her duty and there was no one at home. His neighbor called him and told him that a boy had stolen goods from his house and ran away on a motorcycle with another boy. Acting on the complaint, the police identified the accused and arrested them.

Investigating officer ASI Mangeram said that the accused have a criminal background. The accused is addicted to drugs. Accused Anil alias Bihari has 10 cases registered against him in different police stations for fighting, theft etc., in which he is wanted. Police have recovered the motorcycle used in the crime, two gold bangles, a chain, six pieces of ear jewelery and three big silver coins from the accused Anil alias Bihari. Similarly, accused Arun alias Kaku is wanted in four cases of theft and snatching.

According to the investigating officer, police investigation revealed that the above accused used to reconnoiter closed houses during day time and break their locks and commit thefts there. Police have also recovered three instruments made of iron, which are used to break the locks of houses, from the accused. Further interrogation of accused Arun alias Kaku is going on. The accused was produced in the court and taken on police remand for three days. Anil alias Bihari has been sent to jail.
