Advocate Wazir Singh said that in this decision, sub-classification of Scheduled Castes has been declared constitutional. After independence, some castes have progressed in the Scheduled Society by taking a large share of reservation due to political awareness and some castes of Scheduled Caste category are still standing at the bottom due to extreme discrimination and special occupation and they could not take advantage of it. Now it is not in their capacity to compete with the advanced castes in future, that is, their future will definitely remain at this level, which is completely opposite to Baba Saheb's concept of egalitarian society. He said that only after deep consideration of Baba Saheb's ideology, which is evident from reading the decision in detail, the division bench of the Supreme Court has given the right decision.
