Hisar, 11 April (Hissar). In memory of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule, a program was organized at Sunrise Senior Secondary School Dobhi in collaboration with Nehru Yuva Kendra Hisar and Azad Hind Yuva Club Kirtan. Educationist Indra Dev Jangra was given the Best Service Award in the program.
In this regard, he was given this award in the memory of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule in a program organized on Thursday. Educationist Indra Dev of village Kharia has been selflessly providing social service and free education to the people for the last 20 years. On this occasion, Club President Kapoor Singaria said that it is the responsibility of the government to remember those people who are serving the society, but the government does not need such people.
He said that Indra Dev Jangra has educated many children which is worth mentioning. He told that Mahatma Jyotiba Phule opened schools when there were no resources, no building, no money. Savitribai Phule supported him fully in this work. He said that Jyotiba Phule should be given Bharat Ratna in view of her social service. State Youth Award recipients Mukesh Kumar, Badar Singh, Shri Ram, Veer Singh, Rajesh Kumar, Sarjit Singh, Pooja, Promile Arya, Rekha and others were present in the program.
