Hisar: Holi festival celebrated with pomp in Shri Tirupati Balaji Dham

Hisar, 22 March (Hissar). Holi festival was celebrated with great pomp at Shri Tirupati Balaji Dham, which played a special role in uniting North Indian and South Indian culture. During the festival, devotees played Holi with flowers without water and the devotees got drenched in the rain of perfume.

In the bhajan evening organized on this occasion, famous bhajan singer Nisha Didi and her troupe sang the praises of various deities including Shri Tirupati Balaji, Mata Padmavati and Mata Godamba. Hearing the bhajan based on Holi, the devotees started dancing with great emotion. A large number of devotees from different areas participated in the Holi festival. Nisha Didi tied the knot through bhajans and the devotees showered flowers on each other and sent good wishes for Holi. Special arrangements of many types of flowers were made in the Dham for this festival. At the conclusion of the festival, all the devotees took satvik food prasad.

The devotees participating in the Holi Mahotsav worshiped the idols established in the Dham like Shri Venkatesh Bhagwan Ji, Shri Padmavati Mata Ji, Shri Godamba Mata Ji, Shri Garuda Ji, Shri Lakshmi Narasimha Ji, Shri Sudarshan Ji, Shri Ramanuj Swami Ji, Shri Shathkop Swami Ji and Shri Visited Hanuman ji's temple and worshiped him and made vows. The 42 feet high golden Shri Garuda pillar, Balipeetham and Shri Tirupati Yagyashala established in Shri Tirupati Balaji Dham were also specially worth seeing.

If seen, Shri Tirupati Balaji Dham, built in South Indian style near the toll plaza on Agroha Road in Hisar, is working to connect people with spiritual and social concerns. Not only are various events held here on special days and occasions, along with this, Lord Ji's ride is also taken out every Friday. There is no limit to the crowd of devotees on these occasions.
