Hisar, August 12 (HS). The NHM employees who are on strike for regularization and other demands have accused the government of adopting a negative attitude towards their demands. On Monday, the 18th day of the strike, the employees shaved their heads and expressed their anger towards the government and raised slogans.

The employees who went on strike and dharna on the call of NHM Karamchari Sanjha Morcha said that they will remain on strike till their demands are met. Due to this, NHM Sanjha Morcha members Jagat Bisla, driver Dinesh, Jaiprakash Sharma, Wazir and Hawa Singh, block Asha coordinator Mohan Singh, nursing officer Naveen, information assistant Chandrapal and counselor Budhram got their heads shaved. Jagat Bisla, executive member of NHM Karamchari Sanjha Morcha, said that the employees have tried to convey their demands to the government by getting their heads shaved as a mark of protest. If the government still does not wake up, the movement will be intensified. He also said that the dharna will continue and we will go among the public and beg.

Sanjha Morcha Hisar District President Anil Kumar said that in Hindu religion, tonsure is done after the death of someone in the family. Just like the NHM employees who have been continuously protesting against the government for the last 18 days, by getting their heads shaved at the protest, they told the government that the government is not paying attention to the demands of the employees, which shows that the government is dead for the employees. If the government does not hold talks with the employees on time for their demands, then the employees will go among the public and tell their pain to the public and will turn their movement into a mass movement. Hisar Sangharsh Samiti President Jitendra Sheoran reached the protest and supported it. He said that he will support in every situation. The protest was addressed by Sunita Devi, Rajesh Devi, Asha Devi, Sonam, Kavita, Naveen, Naresh, Ankit, Sushil, Anil Kumar etc.
