Attack on Hindu temple in Canada: Amid the ongoing attacks on Hindu places of worship in Canada, the BAPS Swaminarayan temple in Edmonton was vandalized. The Hindu American Foundation said that anti-India slogans were written on the BAPS Swaminarayan temple in the morning. Indian-origin Canadian MP Chandra Arya was also attacked. Khalistani supporters are being held responsible for this incident.

Nepean MP Chandra Arya expressed deep concern over the increasing incidents of violence against Hindu-Canadian communities. Arya said in a post on Twitter, “Hindu temple BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir in Edmonton has been demolished again. For the past few years, there has been vandalism with anti-India slogans in the Greater Toronto Area, British Columbia and elsewhere in Canada.

Indeed, Hindu Canadians are upset

MP Arya further pointed out the concessions given to Khalistani extremists in his post. He said, 'I have always said that Khalistani extremists easily escape by publicly declaring hatred and violence. I want to say it once again. In fact, Hindu Canadians are troubled. I again call upon Canadian law enforcement agencies to seriously consider this issue. Before this rhetoric turns into an attack on Hindu Canadians.'

Anti-India slogans were written on temples

Last year, a Hindu temple in Windsor was vandalised with anti-India graffiti, drawing widespread criticism and calls for action from both Canadian and Indian authorities.
