Himalayan Culture Committee is spreading information about government schemes from village to village | News India

Gopeshwar, 03 September (HS). On Tuesday, Himalayan Culture Committee gave information about the welfare schemes of the government through a street play at Dewal bus station in Chamoli district. Also, eligible people were called upon to take advantage of government schemes.

Himalayan Culture Committee's team leader Harendra Singh Danu and Uttarakhand's folk singer Kishan Danu said that with the help of Public Information Department Dehradun, information about government schemes is being provided through street plays in villages like Wank, Mudoli, Rampur, Poorna, Sarkot etc. of Dewal development block. The general public is being informed about the schemes being run by the government like grain production, purchase-sale, migration, Lakhpati Didi, Lakshmi Yojana, Aanchal Amrit, self-help group, free book, Ayushman card, free ration, Ujjwala, toilet, housing etc., so that people can take advantage of it. During this, area head Dr. Darshan Danu, trade union president Surendra Rawat, Pooja Danu, Diwakar Mishra etc. were present.
