High Court seeks reply from ED on Kejriwal's petition, CM had filed application against the summons

Big news related to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is coming out. After repeated summons to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Delhi High Court summoned ED. The court has given ED two weeks to present its side.

A bench headed by Justice Suresh Kumar Kait and Justice Manoj Jain also asked Kejriwal's lawyers as to why they were not appearing before the ED. You are a citizen of the country, the summons is in name only. On this, CM's lawyers said that ED has arrested AAP leaders Manish Sisodia and Sanjay Singh. ED can also arrest Kejriwal. They are not running away, but if they get protection they will surrender.

Additional Solicitor General SV Raju and special counsel Zoheb Hussain presented the ED's side in the court. Kejriwal's senior lawyers Abhishek Manu Singhvi and Vikram Chaudhary appeared in the court. The next hearing on this case will be on April 22.
