Jabalpur, September 12 (HS). Nursing student Akanksha Sahu, a resident of Seoni, had given the pre-nursing selection exam held in the session 2022-23. Akanksha had filed a petition in the Jabalpur High Court to declare the result of this exam. Which was rejected by the High Court. This result has already been stayed by the High Court.
During the last hearing in the High Court, as no party appeared from the University and the Medical Council, the court had ordered them to appear. As per the order, the Secretary of the Medical Council appeared before the court through video conferencing. The prosecution told the court that a stay order has already been obtained in this case, so this result cannot be declared by the university.
It is noteworthy that on Thursday, September 12, this case was heard by a bench of Acting Chief Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva and Justice Vinay Saraf. After the hearing, the court said that a stay order has been given by the Gwalior High Court in this case. A PIL is also pending in the Jabalpur High Court. So in this case, an order cannot be issued against the court's order and as per the High Court's order, the results of this examination cannot be declared right now. With this, the court has rejected this petition.
