New Delhi: At least 37 people have been killed and over 3,000 injured in pager and walkie-talkie explosions in Lebanon in the last two days, worsening the situation in the Middle East.

Among those killed were 25 members of the Iran-backed Hezbollah group. Hezbollah is a well-known terrorist ally of Hamas. The Hamas-Israel war began on October 7 last year, which does not seem to be subsiding even after 11 months, but is getting worse.

Hezbollah blamed Israel for the attack via pager and walkie talkie. Considering this war and the issues that have arisen and are likely to arise in it,

(1) Now the Israeli military has begun attacking hundreds of targets in Lebanon, anticipating that a full-scale war in the region is about to break out.

(2) The strike destroyed hundreds of rocket launchers, as well as other terrorist infrastructure.

(3) Hezbollah acknowledged that this was an unprecedented attack on them and that communications had been disrupted.

(4) In his first speech after the attack, Hezbollah leader Hassan Narullah said that these attacks by pager and walkie-talkie have broken all red lines, but we will launch a massive counter-attack against Israel. This will actually be in support of the Palestinians. Narullah called these attacks a genocide and described Israel's actions as an act of war and said that the enemy has crossed all limits of law and morality. Therefore, it must be dealt with strictly and punished accordingly.

Israeli Defense Minister Ocheve Gvantek said action against terrorist organizations like Hezbollah would continue.

Pager and walkie talkie attacks are a new dimension of warfare.

America said that before the explosion, Israel had told our Defense Minister Lloyd Austin that we will start a new military operation in some time but did not say anything specific about the operation.

The US even admitted that when the attacks began we had no prior knowledge of the attack via walkie-talkie radio or pager.

The United States has deployed 40,000 troops, dozens of warships and four Air Force squadrons to the Middle East to protect Israel.

Observers say that the situation has become like a powder keg. The world is worried.
