Haridwar, July 4 (HS). Bollywood actor Hemant Pandey said during a meeting with journalists at the Press Club that a film named Haridwar is being made which will be shot at major places in Haridwar. Hemant Pandey is playing the main character of a Pandit in the Haridwar film. Speaking on the making of the film, he said that the story of a child from a poor family has been shown in the Haridwar film. That child feeds his family by taking out coins from the water of Mother Ganga.
He also told that after the death of the boy's father due to drug addiction, he takes out coins from the Ganga water and gives gifts to his family. Hemant Pandey told that the importance of Maa Ganga and religious, cultural traditions have also been shown in the Haridwar film. The dignity of Haridwar will be conveyed to the audience through the film. The film's producers Jatin Pandey and Umesh will also play the role of actors in the Haridwar film. Hemant Pandey said that the Chief Minister of the state is working to promote the shooting of films. Due to which the filmmakers are getting help and most of the films are being shot in Uttarakhand. He told that the shooting of the Haridwar film will go on for a month in Haridwar itself. Most of the actors are working in the Haridwar and Uttarakhand film. His two films Welcome 3, Home Take Two are going to be released soon. Hemant Pandey, originally a resident of Uttarakhand, has shown his acting skills in films like Office-Office and Krish. Press Club President Amit Sharma and General Secretary Pradeep Joshi welcomed film actor Hemant Pandey by putting a turban and a Rudraksha garland on him.
