There is a possibility of heavy rain in some districts of Jharkhand and Bihar from today till August 6. Talking about Uttar Pradesh, today there may be light to moderate rain at some places and heavy to very heavy rain at some places.

Very heavy rain is likely at isolated places in south-eastern Uttar Pradesh. Heavy rain warning has been issued in Mirzapur, Sonbhadra, Chandauli, Varanasi, Sant Ravidas Nagar and adjoining areas of southern Uttar Pradesh. Apart from this, rain alert has also been issued in Chitrakoot, Muzaffarnagar, Kaushambi, Rampur, Prayagraj, Saharanpur, Shamli, Bijnor, Moradabad and adjoining areas.
