Due to heavy rains in Mahabaleshwar, Wai, Javli, Panchgani and Koregaon of Satara district, this disease has started affecting the strawberry plants in the nurseries. This will reduce the production. Due to the absence of drainage, the moisture of the soil does not decrease.

These strawberries are also sent to Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai and Delhi. But this time, despite the month of September having started, sowing of strawberries has not started.
