The forest fire that broke out in Rudraprayag last Wednesday has been brought under control due to the rain. Due to rain, many places on Gangotri Highway are flooded. The effect of rain has also been seen in Bageshwar and Tehri districts, due to which the forest fire has been controlled. According to the Meteorological Department report, today there is a possibility of cloudy sky in most areas of the state. There may be light rain along with hailstorm in Dehardun and surrounding areas. Apart from this, warning of lightning has also been issued at some places.
