Chhattisgarh accident news: A painful accident has happened in Bemtara, Chhattisgarh. Here, 10 people died in a road accident, while about 2 dozen people were injured. The accident happened near Kathiya petrol pump of Bemetra police station area. Everyone was returning to Pathra from Tiraiya village after attending a family function. During this time the car collided with a pickup. The collision was so strong that 10 people died on the spot. Immediately the police and administration team reached the spot.

Relief and rescue operations were started and the injured were taken to the nearest hospital. There are reports of injuries to about two dozen people, the condition of some of whom is said to be critical.
