Heavy collision between truck and car in Bahraich, three people of the same family died

On Saturday morning at 3:15, a truck and a car collided on the Nanpara Bahraich road under Kotwali Nanpara police station of Bahraich. Three people died on the spot in the accident. While four people including a brother and sister travelling in the car were injured. Police admitted everyone to the district hospital with the help of an ambulance. Police have sent the bodies for post-mortem.

Kotwal Rakesh Kumar Singh said that a truck number UP 21 DT going from Nanpara to Bahraich and a Hyundai car going from Bahraich to Nanpara collided. In the accident, Nausaad (25) son of Gwal alias Muhammad Hamid, Gwal alias Muhammad Hamid (60) son of Muhammad Fakire and Muhammad Arif (70) son of Fakire died on the spot while Hashim (45) son of Fakire, Arsh (10) son of Naushad, Arsa Bano (5) daughter of Naushad and Khadim (12) were injured.

The police took the injured to the district hospital in an ambulance, while the bodies of the deceased have been sent for postmortem. The Inspector in charge said that the people in the car were returning home from a wedding ceremony in Balrampur. All the deceased and the injured belong to the same family. When the accident happened, everyone was going home. Both the accident vehicles have been taken into custody.
