Heat wave alert in 13 states, dust storm will blow in Delhi-Haryana, know the condition of your state

Weather Update: According to the Indian Meteorological Department, people are not going to get respite from the heat in some states of the north-east of the country and the states of South India. The department has said that people are going to face a lot of trouble due to humidity and hot weather in Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura, Kerala, Mahe and coastal Karnataka.

Heatwave alert has been issued by IMD in 13 states. The most severe heat is going to be seen in the Ganga parts of West Bengal, Bihar and Jharkhand, Odisha. Eastern Uttar Pradesh and Saurashtra and Kutch will also have to face hot nights.

The weather department has said that people will face heat wave in eastern Uttar Pradesh, Saurashtra and Kutch, Himalayan West Bengal, Konkan and Goa, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal, coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam, Telangana, Rayalaseema and interior Karnataka.

Heat wave is going to prevail in 18 districts of Bihar. Heat wave is going to prevail in districts like Patna, Aurangabad, Sheikhpura, Nawada, Muzaffarpur. Lucknow Meteorological Center has issued a yellow alert warning of heat wave in eastern Uttar Pradesh. The temperature in Delhi is going to cross 40 and there is no possibility of rain at present.

According to IMD, there is a possibility of storm with lightning, winds at a speed of 40-50 km per hour and hailstorm in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Punjab. There is going to be lightning along with strong winds in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura.

Strong winds are also going to blow in some parts of Uttar Pradesh. People in Delhi-NCR, Haryana and Chandigarh will have to face dust storm as well as lightning. There is a possibility of strong winds along with lightning in Western Rajasthan, Eastern Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Coastal Andhra Pradesh.

The Meteorological Department has said that lightning is going to occur in Arunachal Pradesh, Kerala, Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim and Lakshadweep. There is going to be heavy rain in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya. Light rain and storm are possible in northern Haryana and north-western Rajasthan.
