Hearing on provocative sloganeering case completed, verdict on July 12

Ajmer, June 15 (HS). The hearing in the court of Additional District and Session Judge against the accused in the case of raising provocative slogans like 'Sar Tan Se Juda' outside Ajmer Dargah Khwaja Moinuddin Hasan Chishti has been completed. The court will now pronounce its verdict on July 12.

It is noteworthy that the accused in this case are in judicial custody. On the basis of the video of provocative slogans, the police first arrested four accused Tajim Siddiqui (31) son of Naeem Khan, Fakhar Jamali (42) son of Syed Mohammad Zuber Jamali, Riyaz Hasan Dal (47) son of Hasan and Moin Khan (48) son of late Shamsuddin Khan, who are residents of Ajmer. After this, absconding accused Gauhar Chishti and Ahsanullah were arrested by the police from Hyderabad.

According to the case, provocative speeches were made at the Nizam Gate of the Dargah at 3 pm on June 17 under the Ajmer Dargah Police Station area. A case was registered in the Dargah police station regarding this. Advocate Ghulam Nazmi Farooqui, who is pleading on behalf of the government, said that the final hearing was held in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge and 22 witnesses and 32 documents were presented in it. The verdict will now be pronounced on July 12. Ahsanallah, who gave shelter to Gauhar in Hyderabad, is absconding and in such a situation, his trial will be conducted separately.

Constable Jaynarayan Jat told in his report that on 17th June at 3 pm he was on duty at Nizam Gate. During this time some khadims violated the conditions of the pre-decided silent procession at the gate and gave a speech there. For this a loud speaker was installed on a rickshaw.

The constable told in the report that during this time a crowd of 2500-3000 people was in front of the dargah, whereas Gauhar Chishti had been counseled earlier. During this time slogans were raised along with provocative speeches. In such a situation, a case was registered against him for inciting the crowd for violence from the religious place and appealing for murder.
