Ranchi, May 13 (HS). Hearing on the PIL of MP Nishikant Dubey regarding providing basic facilities in Deoghar AIIMS was held in Jharkhand High Court on Monday. In this case, the state government told the court that a tender has been given for a hydraulic machine from Finland for fire fighting at Deoghar AIIMS. This machine will be capable of extinguishing fire in 24 floors as per the requirement of AIIMS. The company has given one and a half year time for the supply of this machine. It is possible that this machine will be available to AIIMS by November-December next year.
The court also asked the state government to correspond and inform the Central Government regarding the tender for the hydraulic machine from Finland, so that on the initiative of the Central Government, the hydraulic machine from Finland can be supplied to Deoghar AIIMS as soon as possible. .
On behalf of the petitioner, the court was told that it will take about one and a half years for the hydraulic machine to arrive from Finland, but for this, a 4500 liter tank has been made on a temporary basis by the state government for fire fighting at Deoghar AIIMS. Not enough for.
On behalf of the Central Government, the court was told that land has to be given to the Jharkhand Government to establish a Central School for the children of Deoghar AIIMS employees. In this regard, approval will be taken by the Central Government from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Because, the land is transferred in their name. A letter has been written by the state government to the central government in the month of April regarding the transfer of land of the Central School. Appropriate action will be taken after getting approval. The court has directed the state government and the central government to file affidavits in the case.
