- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
- 400 grams of seeds extracted dates
Method of making glue pak
1 fry the glue-Heat 4 tablespoons of ghee in a pan and add 1/4 cup of gum to it and fry it on low heat. When the gum swells and becomes crisp, remove it and cool it and grind it coarsely.
2 Fry nuts – Put 2 teaspoons of ghee in the same pan and add 1 cup of mix nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios) and fry lightly. Then add 1/4 cup dry coconut and 2 tablespoons of poppy seeds and mix well.
3 add spices-When the dry fruits become cold, cut them thick and add roasted glue to it. Now add 2 teaspoons of ginger powder, 1 teaspoon cardamom powder and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder and mix well.
Prepare a mixture of dates 4 – Heat 2 teaspoons of ghee in a pan and add 400 grams of seeds out. Cook the dates on medium flame until it becomes soft, when it becomes like a paste, add gum and nuts mix and mix well.
Set and store 5 – Grease a tray with ghee and spread this mixture and set it. When cooled, cut it into small pieces.
