Health Tips: Make delicious papad from corn flour in this way

Material:

Corn flour – 2 kg

Papad Khar – 2 spoons

Cumin – 4 teaspoons

Red chilli – 2 teaspoons

salt as per taste

Fennel – 2 teaspoons

Oil – 4 tbsp

You can prepare it by this method:

– First of all, pour water in a vessel and dissolve corn flour in it.

– Now add papad khar, red chilli powder, ground cumin, nigella oil and salt and cook this solution in the cooker for ten minutes.

– Now add oil to it and cook on low flame for five minutes.

– Now cool it and make small balls and then make small papads.

– Now dry them in strong sunlight.

In this way your delicious papads are ready.

– Now fry them in oil.
