fruit juice : Fresh juice or tetra pack fruit juice, if you take it on an empty stomach then it puts extra burden on your pancreas and liver. If you are pre-diabetic, it keeps your sugar levels stable throughout the day. If you occasionally drink juice on an empty stomach then it is not a big problem, but if you drink it regularly then it can prove to be quite dangerous. Due to this the body becomes insulin resistant. Also, sour fruits should not be eaten on an empty stomach in the morning. Citric acid is found in large quantities in these sour tasting fruits. In such a situation, eating sour fruits on an empty stomach in the morning increases the production of excess acid in the stomach, which can cause many problems.

Curd : Curd contains good amount of probiotics and calcium.
