Mahant Nritya Gopal Das Ji, the head of Shri Maniram Das Cantonment, has been immediately admitted to Medanta Hospital in Lucknow after his health suddenly deteriorated. After complaining of difficulty in breathing and urine infection, on the advice of doctors, he was brought from Ayodhya to Lucknow through a green corridor, where his treatment has been started under the supervision of critical care experts. 88 year old Mahant Nritya Gopal Das ji has been suffering from age related diseases for some time. According to doctors, he already had chronic kidney disease (CKD) and respiratory problems. When doctors examined him at his residence in Ayodhya, considering his condition, it was decided to immediately refer him to Medanta Hospital, Lucknow for better treatment. According to the hospital administration, Mahant ji has been kept in ICU and his condition is currently stable. Top officials of the government including the Chief Minister’s Office of Uttar Pradesh are continuously taking feedback about his health.
