This case is not of today but is eight years old. Remo is accused of cheating Ghaziabad businessman Satyendra Tyagi by luring him. According to the report, it was said that Remo invested Rs 5 crore in the film by luring Satyendra with the promise of returning Rs 10 crore in a year, but when Satyendra asked for his money back, the choreographer threatened Satyendra with underworld don Prasa Pujari.

Let us tell you that Satyendra Tyagi had filed this case against Bollywood choreographer Remo D'Souza on 16 December 2016. However, Remo was threatened by Prasad Pujari and the police also investigated the matter. After investigation, the police filed a chargesheet against Prasad Pujari and Remo in Ghaziabad trial court under sections 420, 406 and 386 of the IPC. After the chargesheet was filed, the trial court issued summons to Ramon. According to which Remo had to appear in court. However, now Ramo's lawyer told the court that the allegations against Ramo are false and he is being framed. On which Satyendra's lawyers opposed his argument and after this the court rejected the choreographer's petition.
