Hazaribagh Deputy Commissioner inspected Sadar Zone and Block Office

Hazaribagh, July 3 (HS). During the inspection of the zonal office, the Deputy Commissioner visited the office and investigated land transfer, illegal jamabandi, mutation, incoming-outgoing register, auction papers, cases of rent assessment, compliance of letters received from the district, cash book, allotment register and other land related matters.

During the investigation, the Deputy Commissioner expressed strong displeasure over the non-updating of important registers like Cash Book, CL Register, Public Grievance etc. and issued show cause notice to the Nazir and Head Clerk and gave a strict warning to others to improve the working system. In the block office, the updated status of Casual Leave Register, Incoming-Outgoing Register, Right to Information Register, Audit Register, Vehicle Log Book, Public Grievance Register, Pension Register, Service Book, Tourist Register and Settlement Register etc. was inspected by the Deputy Commissioner.

Along with taking information about compliance of letters received from the Deputy Commissioner's office, the Deputy Commissioner directed the employees to improve their working style. During the inspection of the block office, the Deputy Commissioner took information about the current number of employees in the office from the CO and BDO present there. On this, the CO told the Deputy Commissioner that at present 8 revenue employees, 5 clerks, 5 computer operators and 3 assistants are working.

The Deputy Commissioner expressed his regret over the negligence in work. Expressing his anger, he said that many complaints are being received against the employees working in the zone and block for a long time. Such employees will be transferred soon. The Deputy Commissioner directed the CO and BDO to hold regular review meetings with the employees and visit the area and provide a report of the related work.

During this, Zonal Officer Mayank Bhushan Kumar, Block Development Officer Neetu Singh along with all the departmental officers, workers, engineers, panchayat secretaries, public servants, revenue employees, village employment servants of the block and zone were present.
