Singer Asha Bhosle, who has lent her voice to Hindi songs for decades, has now raised her voice on a serious issue. She has said that the new generation does not take relationships and marriage seriously. Asha Bhosle is worried about divorce
Recalling her experience, Asha said that earlier there were a lot of differences between her and her husband. She often stayed at her mother's house with her children but she did not divorce her husband. Asha Bhosle asked Ravi Shankar, 'These days I hear that couples send divorce papers every month. Why is this happening Gurudev?
On this question, Ravi Shankar said that very few people today have the strength and determination like Asha. He said, 'You kept singing and making everyone happy. You had faith in God and the strength to endure and face difficulties.' Separation has become a very common thing but people also come together again.
There is a big difference between then and now: Asha Bhosle
After listening to Ravi Shankar, Asha Bhosle said, 'I have spent most of my life in the film industry and have seen many people but earlier they never took extreme steps like today's generation. I think the love between them ends very quickly and they get bored of each other very quickly. Perhaps this is one of the main reasons for divorce.' Ravi Shankar also agreed and said that nowadays attraction has overtaken love.
He said this about today's generation
Asha Bhosle also talked about women's right not to get pregnant. She said that nowadays women consider having children a burden. I started working as a singer at the age of 10. During this time I had three children, raised them, married them and now I have grandchildren. I have taken up all the responsibilities alone without my husband. I did all this when I was a working woman and worked day and night. Still I took care of my children, their education.
