Mahant Ramdas Tyagi of Falahari Baba Ashram located in Shivpur said that Havan Yagya purifies the environment and atmosphere and gives spiritual strength to the person. Mahant Ramdas Tyagi was blessing the people present at the conclusion of the nine-day Mahayagya organized at the Ashram on Monday.
On this occasion, in the Sant Samagam, he said that the Gods are pleased with the Yagya and provide the desired results. He told that by doing Shri Lakshmi Narayan Mahayagya a person crosses the ocean of existence. Shri Lakshmi Narayan Mahayagya generates feelings of devotion, knowledge and renunciation in the living being. Through religious events, a person’s sins are transformed into virtues. When there is a change in thoughts, a person’s behavior also changes. He also described the offerings of Bhandara. He said that Prasad is made up of three letters. The first answer is ‘Pra’ means Lord, second ‘Sa’ means visible and third ‘Da’ means darshan. We all call it Prasad. Prasad is the essence of every religious event or ritual which purifies the mind, intellect and heart. The human body is also the best gift given by God. The saints took Prasad in the Bhandara organized at the conclusion of the Yagya. After this he was bid farewell. Before this, on the last day, the devotees first made offerings in the Havan Yagya. After that he accepted Mahaprasad. Shri Lakshmi Narayan Mahayagya was conducted under the leadership of Acharya Jitendra Tiwari.
