Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini has given a big gift to women on Hariyali Teej. 46 lakh families of the state will be able to get gas cylinder once a month for Rs 500. This announcement of the state government will provide financial benefits to families with income less than Rs 1.80 lakh.
CM Saini said that today I announce that families with income up to Rs 1,80,000 in Haryana will get gas cylinder for Rs 500. During the inaugural address at the state-level program organized in Jind on the occasion of Teej, Saini said that this initiative will benefit about 46 lakh families with annual income less than Rs 1.80 lakh. Apart from this, the CM said that under the Chief Minister Dudh Uphaar Yojana, fortified milk will now be made available to girls of 14-18 years in schools for 150 days.
Apart from this, he also announced to increase the loan amount for self-employment from Rs 3 lakh to Rs 5 lakh under Haryana Mat Shakti Udaymata Yojana. Saini said that apart from this, the amount given to self-help groups (SHGs) for daily needs will be increased from Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000. Apart from this, he also announced to increase the monthly honorarium of group Sakhi from Rs 150 to Rs 500.
Apart from this, Saini also announced a loan of Rs 8 crore 70 lakh to 487 women entrepreneurs of the state. The Chief Minister has announced to increase the marriage shagun amount from Rs 41 thousand to Rs 71 thousand. It has been announced to increase the number of women police personnel in the state by 15 percent.
