ECI issues notice to Haryana BJP: BJP is considering announcing its first list of candidates for Haryana Assembly Elections 2024. Meanwhile, the Election Commission has issued a notice to BJP even before the first list is released. BJP had violated ECI guidelines. Notice issued to BJP for violating ECI guidelines

According to media reports, the Election Commission of India has taken a serious view of the post made on 'X' from the Haryana BJP handle. This post used a child in an election video. The BJP had violated the ECI guidelines prohibiting the use of children in election-related activities and campaigning.

BJP has to respond to ECI's notice by tomorrow

CEO Haryana has issued a show cause notice to the BJP Haryana State President for immediate appropriate action. In which BJP has been asked to respond to the ECI's notice by 6 pm tomorrow (29 August).

Voting for 90 seats will begin in October, while counting will take place on October 4

Let us tell you that simultaneous voting will be held for 90 assembly seats of Haryana in the month of October. The counting of votes will be done on October 4. Here, after the state level election committee meeting in Gurugram, BJP is now busy finalizing the first list of candidates. According to the information, the list of BJP candidates may come tomorrow (August 29).

BJP and ENEL demanded change in election date

BJP and Indian National Lok Dal (INEL) had written a letter to the Election Commission demanding a change in the date of Haryana elections. Meanwhile, in the Election Commission meeting on August 27, new dates of September 25 and October 7 were discussed. However, no decision has been taken by the Election Commission regarding the new dates yet. While October 4 is the day of counting of votes.

The alliance between JJP and BJP broke in the year 2024

In the 2019 assembly elections, BJP won 40 out of 90 seats. However, 45 seats were needed for a majority. Meanwhile, BJP formed the government with Jannayak Janata Party (JJP) which won 10 seats. In which Manohar Lal Khattar became the Chief Minister and Dushyant Chautala became the Deputy Chief Minister. After this, in the year 2024, the alliance of JJP and BJP broke, BJP made Naib Singh Saini the Chief Minister.
