Due to the operation, Air India has canceled all its flights to Israel's capital Tel Aviv on Thursday. Air India said that this step has been taken due to increased security tension between Israel and Hamas. And now flights are not allowed to fly.
Middle East flights cancelled from Thursday
Air India operates four flights from Delhi to Tel Aviv every week. Announcing the cancellation of flights to Tel Aviv on its website, Air India said that due to operational reasons, it has cancelled its flight AI139 from Delhi to Tel Aviv and flight AI140 from Tel Aviv to Delhi on August 1. The statement said that passengers with confirmed bookings for travel on these two flights will be refunded their ticket money. Air India also apologized for the inconvenience caused to the passengers.
