Many times hair is not washed for 5-6 days because there is confusion as to which day hair should be washed.

Nowadays there is a lot of weddings and parties going on. In such a situation, if an invitation comes for a wedding or a party, it becomes a compulsion to wash the hair but it takes half an hour to dry them.

Although hair wash is considered very important for the health of hair, but if you are avoiding washing hair and you have to go to a party, then hair perfume is a better option for your hair.

Along with making the hair fragrant, hair perfume also helps in giving a fresh look. Hair perfume prevents bad odor from hair and proves to be effective on dry, frizzy and lifeless hair.

But the real question is how hair perfume works and how safe it is.

Hair perfume has no side effects. Its fragrance is lighter than common perfumes, so it is difficult to use it excessively.

Just like you use body perfume, you can also use hair perfume to make your hair fragrant. It scents the hair with its fragrance and at the same time moisturizes the hair, which makes the hair look healthy and fresh and gives a better look to the hair. Hair perfume not only makes your hair look beautiful but also adds a touch of luxury and makes you feel confident and fresh.

Some people spray body perfume on their hair but it contains alcohol which makes the hair more dry and lifeless.

On the other hand, hair perfume has very less alcohol content, so it is safer for your hair. It’s usually water-based, so it won’t weigh your hair down or make it dry or sticky.

Although big renowned companies sell branded hair spray in the market, it would be better if herbal hair spray is made at home.

1-Rose scented hair perfume

To make rose scented hair perfume, mix 2 teaspoons of rose oil, 1 teaspoon of jojoba oil and 5 teaspoons of rose water in a spray bottle. Your homemade rose scented hair perfume is ready. Apply this hair perfume on hair before going to a wedding or party. This will not only make your hair smell good but will also provide nourishment to the hair.

• 2 – Mix half a teaspoon of rose water and one teaspoon of beech hazel well in a glass vessel. Now add five drops of rose oil to this mixture and put it in a spray bottle. This hair spray is ready and you can use it before going to a wedding or party.

3. To make hair perfume, mix 1 teaspoon aloe vera gel in 1/4 cup home made rose water. It would be better if you blend the aloe vera gel a little. Now add 10 drops of lavender essential oil and 10 drops of jasmine essential oil in it.

Mix it well and then store it in a spray bottle and keep it in the refrigerator.

• 4 – Mix half a cup of rose water, four drops of vanilla extract, 20 drops of grape fruit essential oil and 10 drops of jasmine essential oil together well in a glass bowl. Now put this mixture in a spray bottle and keep it in the refrigerator and use it as per your need.

To apply hair perfume

First of all, keep the bottle at a distance of about six to eight inches from your hair. Next, spray lightly/make sure to concentrate more on the middle and ends of the hair.

Focus on the midlengths and ends of the hair rather than the roots to ensure even distribution of scented hair products.
This method helps in spreading the fragrance evenly. This will not make your hair heavy nor leave any sticky residue.

It would be better if you keep the hair perfume in a dry place.

You can easily store hair perfume for a week, although if the weather is cold then it will last even longer.
