Hair becomes sticky and oily due to sweat, so apply this hair mask!

Yogurt Hair Mask

Yogurt is a probiotic, which helps control excess oil production and can help balance oily hair. To make this mask, mix half a cup of plain yogurt with one tablespoon of baking soda, 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice and one egg white. Apply this paste on your hair and leave it for 20-30 minutes before washing. You can use this hair mask once a week.

Multani Mitti

Multani Mitti is beneficial not only for the skin but also for the hair. It can bring shine to your hair and make them soft. To use it, soak multani mitti overnight, then the next morning mash it well and make a thin paste. Apply this paste on your hair and wash it with normal water after 10-15 minutes. You can add a few drops of lemon juice and honey to Multani Mitti to get additional benefits.

Aloe Vera Hair Mask:

In summer, sweating can cause itching in the head as well as oiliness in the hair. In such a situation, aloe vera hair mask can provide relief to some extent. To make this mask, mix fresh aloe vera gel, a few drops of lemon juice and honey. Apply this paste on your scalp for 15 minutes and then shampoo your hair. This hair mask can help in softening your hair and adding shine to it.
