Gym Afro T10 Season 2: Sikandar Raza was among the most talked about names in the player draft | News India

Harare, September 9 (HS). The most entertaining format of cricket is all set to take the stage in Harare, and ahead of that, the six franchises have picked very strong but balanced squads for Season 2 of the Jim Afro T10 in the Player Draft.

The second season of the Gym Afro T10 is set to kick off on September 21 and will conclude with the grand finale on September 29 in Harare.

Big names waiting to entertain the spectators at the Harare Sports Club include David Warner, Sikandar Raza, Colin Munro, Dawid Malan, Carlos Brathwaite and Chris Lynn. However, the spotlight will also be on the Zimbabwean players, who have played some great cricket in recent months.

Over 400 players registered for the Zim Afro T10 player draft, which had a total of 12 rounds of player drafting. On the day, 64 players were drafted across six franchises, with the Bulawayo Braves Jaguars drafting a total of 12 players, taking their squad to 16.
