Gwalior, 25 August (HS). The historic city of Gwalior is getting ready for the “Regional Industry Conclave”. Through this Industry Conclave, new dimensions will be added to the industrial development of Gwalior-Chambal region. So far, the trade commissioners of seven countries have agreed to attend the Industry Conclave. Along with this, big industrialists and investors including Karan Adani from the Adani Group and CEOs of well-known companies like Accenture are also coming to the Regional Industry Conclave.
Public Relations Officer Hitendra Singh Bhadoria said on Sunday that on the initiative of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, a series of Regional Industry Conclaves is being organized across the state. In this series, a Regional Industry Conclave is going to be organized at Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Agricultural University in Gwalior on August 28. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, Union Communications Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, Assembly Speaker Narendra Singh Tomar and ministers of the state government and industrialists and investors from the country and the world will participate in this conclave.
Buyer-Seller Meet will also be the most important aspect of Gwalior's Regional Industry Conclave in taking the products of local entrepreneurs to the country and the world. About three thousand entrepreneurs have registered themselves for the Buyer-Seller Meet.
The countries whose trade commissioners have agreed to participate in the Regional Industry Conclave include Netherlands, Zambia, Canada, Costa Rica, Taiwan, Tongo and Ghana. 42 sectors will be set up on various products in the exhibition sector of the Industry Conclave. Along with this, one-to-one meetings will also be held regarding investment. Apart from this, the Principal Secretary level officer of the state government will also give a presentation on the industrial possibilities and facilities of Madhya Pradesh.
