Gwalior, 18 April (HS). Police Observer Keshav Ram Chaurasia, appointed for the Lok Sabha Elections-2024, inspected the strong room installed in MLB College on Thursday. On this occasion, Collector and District Election Officer Ruchika Chauhan, Superintendent of Police Dharamveer Singh and officials of the district administration and police department were present.
Police Observer Chaurasia inspected the strong rooms made assembly-wise in various rooms of MLB College as well as the control rooms made for their security and took detailed information regarding the security arrangements.
Collector and District Election Officer Ruchika Chauhan said that distribution of material to the polling parties, return of material as well as counting of votes will also be done from the same premises itself. The work of security and monitoring of strong rooms established assembly wise is also being done with full promptness. Superintendent of Police Dharamveer Singh also gave information about the management made by the police department for the security of the strong room.
