Gwalior, August 30 (HS). On the occasion of National Sports Day, the Regional Office of Central Communication Bureau Gwalior organized sports activities on Friday in Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Shinde Ki Chhawani with the aim of creating awareness about sports. During this, a 100 meter race was organized among the girl students of the school. Along with this, the teachers and students of the school also took the Fit India oath.
In the 100-meter race for girls, Vidhi Sharma came first, Rozi Khan second, Nikita Ojha third and Nisha Kane got consolation prizes. The prizes were given to the winning participants on behalf of the department by the school's Principal Navodita Gupta, Publicity Officer Devendra Bathri, Sports Incharge Neetu Tomar. On this occasion, Publicity Officer of Central Communication Bureau Devendra Bathri said that sports are the most suitable for physical exercise, if sports are played seriously then one can make a bright future in sports, sports lead to mental and physical development, sports and exercise should be made a part of our daily routine.
