Gurugram, 26 April (Hindustan Reporter). BJP's Vijay Sankalp rally was organized at Ramlila Maidan in Bhimnagar, Gurugram late on Friday evening. Amidst the rain that came during the rally in support of BJP candidate Rao Inderjit Singh, former Chief Minister Manohar Lal called the sudden rain as a blessing from Lord Indra. Manohar Lal said that this rain that came in the Vijay Sankalp rally is the blessing of Lord Indra for Rao Indrajit.
The former Chief Minister appealed to the people present in the pandal amid the rain to vote for Rao Inderjit Singh, make him victorious with a huge majority and send him back to Parliament and increase the strength of Narendra Modi ji. Due to heavy rain, former Chief Minister Manohar Lal ended his speech by saying that I will try to be among you once again before the elections. Earlier, Rao Inderjit Singh ended his speech early in view of the rain. He called upon the crowd, who were raising slogans of BJP Zindabad even amidst the heavy rain, to press the lotus button on May 25 and work to further strengthen the country by making Narendra Modi the Prime Minister for the third time.
Due to throat problem of MLA Sudhir Singla, the doctor has forbidden him to speak, hence his written speech was read by a worker. Sudhir Singla said that everyone has to vote as much as possible for Modi ji. Describing former Chief Minister Manohar Lal and BJP candidate Rao Inderjit Singh as honest, he said that these leaders have worked honestly for the people of the state. The MLA said that by voting for Rao Inderjit Singh, Modi ji's slogan of crossing 400 has to be fulfilled.
Earlier, former Chief Minister Manohar Lal and BJP candidate Rao Inderjit Singh were welcomed by workers and officials by garlanding them. Here the workers also presented a mace to both of them. Manohar Lal even waved the mace from the stage. Due to which the workers also got enthusiastic and they raised slogans like Jai Shri Ram, Bharat Mata Ki Jai, this time 400 crossed and once again Modi government. In the program, State Vice President GL Sharma, State Secretary Gargi Kakkar, Deepak Mangala, Naveen Goyal, Seema Pahuja, Bunty Pahuja, District President Kamal Yadav, Sandeep Joshi, Arvind Kohli, Tilakraj Malhotra, Ravindra Kataria, Yashpal Batra, Madhu Azad, Usha Priyadarshi, Sanjay Bhasin, Tejpal Tanwar, Mangatram Bagri were also present.
