As per the orders of OP Singh Sahab, Additional Director General of Police, Haryana State Narcotics Control Bureau, awareness programs against drugs are being conducted. Drug-free Haryana campaigns have been run under the guidance of Bureau Superintendent of Police Pankhuri Kumar. Deputy Inspector Dr. Ashok Kumar Verma, in-charge of awareness programs and rehabilitation of the Bureau, said in detail about the prevention of banned drugs that under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act 1985, consumption, purchase, sale, smuggling, production, transportation etc. of intoxicants is completely prohibited. While acquainting the students with the ill effects of drugs, he said that if they were good for human consumption, the government would have left them open for sale.
My idea is to make India free from drug abuse, the young generation that has become addicted to drugs, we have to come together and save everyone. This truth about intoxication and evil has to be conveyed to everyone. Gave the message of drug free campaign through poetry. Students participated in this program with great interest. The students said that they will cooperate in this campaign. This is an initiative of the Haryana State Narcotics Control Bureau, in which the drug-free Haryana campaign is being made meaningful by directly involving students and citizens in anti-drug programs. Bureau's awareness in-charge Dr. Ashok Kumar Verma said that any person can join this effort. At last the oath was taken.
